The Opportunity:

As a senior consultant, you will be a strategic advisor in cyber risk, strategy, and governance. You will deliver high-quality cybersecurity services focusing on operational resilience, continuity, IT risk, and third-party risk management. Together with Nordic colleagues, you will develop solutions and integrate regulatory requirements into clients' frameworks and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead teams and deliveries within our client projects.
• Deliver high-quality cybersecurity services in risk and control, operational resilience, and third-party risk.
• Analyze business effectiveness, develop risk frameworks, test continuity plans, and integrate incident management.
• Contribute to developing business solutions and marketing materials.
• Participate in proposal work with Nordic colleagues.
• Analyze and implement regulatory cybersecurity requirements.
• Contribute to our business development to better support our clients.

We are looking for someone with experience in:

• Implementation of risk and control frameworks, including continuity management and operational resilience as well as third-party risk.
• Design and implementation of risk frameworks and design of controls within cybersecurity.
• Practical implementation of regulatory requirements and compliance monitoring.
• Reporting and follow-up of ICT risk.
• Stream or project management from larger implementation projects and change journeys.
• Experience working in banking, insurance, the Financial Supervisory Authority, or other related experience with financial institutions.

Qualifications for the position:

• Degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, business administration with a focus on IT, or another related field.
• A minimum of two years of prior experience in cybersecurity or IT consulting.
• Understanding of what is relevant in the field and how a consultant can contribute to, e.g., digital resilience, cyber risk, third-party risks, AI, etc.
• Documented project management experience.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Professional proficiency in Swedish and English.

We would like you to have:

• Relevant certifications (CISM, CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CBCI, etc.).
• Experience with regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA, NIS2, guidelines from the Financial Supervisory Authority, EBA regulations).
• Knowledge of standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27000, ISO/IEC 22301, NIST, PCI DSS).
• Ability to develop and lead teams and projects.
